I started this because I wanted to share one of the methods I used when I first started battling my depression. Many will think it is a silly tactic, but I think some will like the idea and, fingers crossed, some decide to try it out for themselves.
In no way am I insinuating that this can be a one-size-fits-all solution for anyone to treat their depression, but this was such a vital first step for me, that I’m hoping it can do the same for someone else. Every step you take away from that darkness is progress and don’t ever let someone disregard your efforts.
For those who have never been touched by depression, I’m genuinely happy for you and hope that this series can bring you a bit of laughter to brighten your day.
