What it is:
A palette with a range of ten super sparkly baked eye shadows in deep, dark colors
What it does:
This gorgeous collection of glittery baked eye shadows includes ten sultry dark shades. Each delivers a cosmic amount of diamond dust shimmer. The compact features beautiful silver-laced artwork.
This is a really good palette for the smoky eye endeavor. It has half light colors for highlight and making the eye pop, and the other half for the darker, smoky effect. Also, for any of the bottom row shades, especially the cobalt, you must use a white eyeshadow primer on the lid if you want the pigment to show up. If you don’t use that, the color will still be there but the pigment will not be prominent and you won’t have the same vibrant effect. I like how all the bottom row shades, except the cobalt, have dual shadow effects to them, and when you rotate them or tilt to another angle, it looks like a dark gray/black (ex. Black purple looks like a dark plum color but when tilted, it pulls a darker hue to it to look almost black). The quality is great as usual. Sephora never ceases to amaze me with selling high-quality products for a more affordable budget. The colors glide on like silk and are sucker-punched with shimmer/glitter. I realized shimmer/glitter effects are not for everyone, but I recommend it for night looks so you don’t go out with eyes that are so dark, you look possessed. That will not get you free drinks lol.
