Clinique – Even Better Makeup SPF 15 (Alabaster)

Online Description:

What it is:
A dermatologist-developed liquid foundation that immediately brightens and evens out the skintone with naturally luminous minerals.
What it does:
Wear this oil-free Even Better Makeup SPF 15 and something amazing happens: Without any makeup, you will see improved clarity, a more even skin tone, and visibly diminished age spots. These results can be witnessed by all ethnicities in just 4 to 6 weeks. The long-wearing formula provides moderate-to-full coverage and also helps prevent new discolorations with SPF-plus antioxidants.

My Thoughts:

Really awesome base with great blendability & a nice, medium coverage. It works great for a daily use because it seems to gradually even out the skin. It doesn’t have that chemical SPF smell that we are all too familiar with (thankfully!) and I never see that dreaded white hue in pictures that some foundations with SPF tend to create. Unfortunately, it does rub off super easy even after you set it so just be sure if you want to add on layers of clothing, use a sweater, or if you’re going to be hugging a lot of people, do the hand on the shoulder trick when you go in for it to try to preserve your look from smudging.

Texture:                               Liquid; very fluid, so make sure to have good control of dispensing it or it might be wasted.

Scent:                                   Your typical foundation smell.

Recommend?                    You bet!

Repurchase?                     Of course!
