Smashbox – Camera Ready CC Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30 (Light/Medium)

Online Description:

What it is:
A color-correcting cream that fades imperfections, evens complexion, and prevents future discoloration.

What it is formulated to do:
With an advanced, lightweight formula, this color-correcting cream is a game changer with the proven ability to visibly lessen the appearance of dark spots, sun spots, and post-acne marks instantly and over time. It neutralizes and brightens skin for a more even complexion and primes, perfects, protects with SPF 30, adding moisture without creating excess oil.

My Thoughts:

This is the perfect color for contouring for a light coverage look. It adds a bit of dimension for a light, airy look for the day instead of applying a full coverage foundation that feels like it suffocates the skin. For fair skin, apply as a contour on areas that you want to shadow in and blend so that way you don’t get a hard line. It’s light enough to still maintain a natural look but with all the benefits of the CC cream. PLUS, it has sunscreen!! It helps protect your skin while helping you add a little oomph to your natural look for the day. This also works for me during the summer time when my skin gets a little more sun than usual but when back to fall and winter seasons, it works best as a contour.

Texture:                                           Technically a liquid, but feels more like a cream

Scent:                                               Typical foundation smell

Recommend?                                I definitely would!
