This mango-tinted stain beautifully blushes lips & cheeks with a tropical coral hue. Our sheer stain has a natural finish that will leave you looking deliciously vibrant for hours.
This product does have a light, chemical scent to it, so if you can, go to a store and test it out first to see if it’s not too much for you. I like that it’s quick dry because who has time to sit around and wait for anything to dry, right? For pigment, it stains really well and seamlessly. I am so biased to coral colors so I love that fact alone about this product. This is a product where I would use it on my face BEFORE you set it with powder that way you give it the chance to dry and set the rest of your face after. It can also be work alone on a beach day that you just want a pop of color on your face and want the color to withstand your activities for the day. When it comes to removing it, I would recommend adding an extra 15 seconds to your cleansing pattern that way you can get the dead skin cells that are holding onto the pigment off your face for a clean face for the night. DO NOT VIGOROUSLY SCRUB YOUR FACE! That is unnecessary! If the stain withstands you trying to clean your face, I’d suggest using a mask (ex. brightening) to give your skin a little boost to not only remove the stain but a treat with all the perks of the mask. For cheek application, apply the stain, then blot off the excess once it has dried. For lip application, apply and leave it as is. It’ll dry but there’s no need to buff off the excess because you’ll lose vibrancy of the color. You can see in the swatch the difference between buffing/blotting off the excess on the left swatch, than the vibrant pigment on the right swatch that I would recommend for a lip look. I received this in a sample kit from Sephora.
