Smashbox – Camera Ready CC Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30 (Fair)

Online Description:

What it is:
A color-correcting cream that fades imperfections, evens complexion, and prevents future discoloration.

What it is formulated to do:
With an advanced, lightweight formula, this color-correcting cream is a game changer with the proven ability to visibly lessen the appearance of dark spots, sun spots, and post-acne marks instantly and over time. It neutralizes and brightens skin for a more even complexion and primes, perfects, protects with SPF 30, adding moisture without creating excess oil.

My Thoughts:

I prefer to use this as a wear-alone product when I use it. It’s pretty thick so it feels like a foundation on its own to me but doesn’t feel like it suffocates my skin. It has buildability but I wouldn’t recommend that, just go ahead and use it as a primer for foundation if you’re looking for a fuller coverage look. It would work the same and you’ll use less of this medium-coverage product if you layer it with a medium/full coverage foundation on top of it.

Texture:                               Technically a liquid, but feels more like a cream

Scent:                                    Typical foundation smell.

Recommend?                      Definitely!!!

Repurchase?                       You bet!

Retail:                                   $42

Size:                                       1.0 oz.
